has studs and rafters. Comes with a O Scale base. No

windows and doors are for this kit. Made of resin. Comes

5 1/2 wide ( at the corner of the shingles ) x 14 inches long

x 7 1/2 tall.

The footprint of the opening is: 3 inches wide x 4 1/2 tall
