rafters. Comes with a O Scale base. Windows and doors will be

coming soon for this kit. Made of resin. Comes with a fully

detailed instructions. Made in the United States with United

States material. The footprint of the building is:

5 1/2 wide ( at the corner of the shingles ) x 14 inches long x

7 1/2 tall.

The footprint of the opening is:

3 inches wide x 4 1/2 tall without track.
